Cathy Putegnat is the Owner and Appraiser at Homestead Appraisals, Inc., serving clients across Oregon and Washington for more than two decades. Since founding her firm in 2001, she has built a steady, client-focused appraisal practice grounded in experience, consistency, and regional market knowledge. With over 20 years leading her own company, Cathy brings practical insight and long-term perspective to residential valuation, serving property owners, lenders, and real estate professionals throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Craig Capilla is a trial lawyer with Franklin, Greenswag, Channon & Capilla, LLC, concentrating his practice on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including professional liability and commercial claims. He has successfully defended residential and commercial appraisers, appraisal firms, and appraisal management companies accused of negligence or improper conduct related to their valuation services. Craig has also represented numerous licensed professionals in state licensing matters, including real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, appraisal management companies, mortgage loan originators, and mortgage brokers. He has represented clients in both state and federal litigation, as well as in licensing matters across multiple states, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maryland, Idaho, Michigan, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Tennessee, Delaware, and California.
Craig is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin, several federal district courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is also a member of the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Lisa is a seasoned residential appraisal professional and owner of Advance Appraiser Service, serving the Indianapolis area since 2011. With advanced designations including the Residential Review (AI-RRS) credential from the Appraisal Institute. Lisa brings deep expertise in residential valuation and appraisal review, grounded in decades of industry experience. Her professional focus centers on real estate, residential homes, and high-quality appraisal services.
Known for her technical rigor and commitment to professional standards, Lisa combines practical field experience with specialized review knowledge to deliver credible, defensible valuation work.

Louis J. Pitoni, SRA, RAA, is the owner of Woodland Appraisal Group in State College, Pennsylvania. He is an active member and director of the Centre County Association of REALTORS® and the Elk-Cameron Board of REALTORS®. He currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Real Property Valuation Committee.

Malinda is the owner and operator of Malinda Griffin & Co. She has been appraising as a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Upstate of South Carolina since 1992 and has offered title abstracting services since 1990. Her clients include lending institutions, appraisal management companies, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals. In 2018, Malinda expanded her scope to offer South Carolina Appraiser and Realtor Continuing Education. She served as President of SCPAC in 2020 and continues to serve as Chair of the SCPAC Education Committee. Malinda currently serves on the Board of Directors for NAA (National Association of Appraisers) as President and participates on the following NAA Committees: Appraiser Trainee, Board of Governors, Communications, Conference Program, Executive, Finance, Governmental Affairs, GRH Scholarship, Membership, Appraiser Relief Selection, Nominating, and Public Relations Committees. She is also serving as the 2025 Chair of TAFAC (The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council). In February 2025, Malinda was confirmed by the South Carolina State Senate following Governor McMaster’s nomination to the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board.
Malinda’s passion for the appraisal profession is evident in her commitment to helping fellow peers stay up to date on the profession and industry through education and timely information. She also has an Appraiser Trainee working under her license. Malinda is a member of the National Association of Appraisers (MNAA), the South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (SCPAC), and the Association of Texas Appraisers (ATA). She holds the HMS (Home Measurement Specialist) and Appraisal Review Certification through NAA.

As President of Valuations at Restb.ai, Tony Pistilli provides strategic direction for the application of Restb.ai’s products and services within the valuation segment of the real estate industry. He works closely with the product team to develop and expand the company’s suite of offerings while prioritizing key development initiatives. Tony also plays a vital role in expanding Restb.ai’s presence within the valuation and appraisal community and in strengthening relationships with lenders and industry partners.
Tony brings more than 30 years of executive-level experience in real estate valuation and lending, having worked with national banks, mortgage companies, federal agencies, and leading appraisal management firms. He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Texas and an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
In 2011, he became the first recipient of the Valuation Visionary Award, presented by the Collateral Risk Network at Valuation Expo.
