Certified Residential Appraiser and President/Chief Appraiser of Texas Valuation Professionals, Inc., a Plano-based firm serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market. A
Baylor University graduate, he has worked in North Texas real estate since 1997 and is known for combining deep valuation expertise with a strong focus on appraisal education, analytical methods, and practical tools for professionals.
He has authored industry courses, written for appraisal publications, and serves as a Volunteer Reviewer for the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.
