Isaac Peck is the Publisher of Working RE magazine and the President of OREP, a leading provider of E&O insurance for real estate appraisers, trusted by over 10,000 appraisers nationwide. Peck has dedicated his entire career to serving real estate appraisers with the latest news, information, and liability insurance. In his 15th year at OREP, Peck has extensive experience advising appraisers on risk management, state board complaints, and claims. Peck is a licensed insurance broker in 50 states and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting.

Michele is Chief Appraiser at Accurate Group and Secretary of the Industry Advisory Council, with over 20 years of experience across lender, GSE, and capital markets environments. She specializes in appraisal review, risk assessment, and valuation quality, bringing a practical, data-driven perspective on how appraisal analysis is evaluated in today’s evolving regulatory landscape.

Daniel is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Florida and owner of Empire Appraisal Group and Appraisal Referral Network. He has built his appraisal business primarily outside of traditional lending work by working with attorneys, real estate agents, and private clients on assignments including divorce, estate, partition, expert witness matters, and listing-related services.

With over 20 years of experience and more than 10,000 residential appraisals completed, he provides practical insight based on real-world valuation experience. Through the Appraisal Referral Network, he helps appraisers grow private and non-lender work through education, referrals, and marketing and networking guidance.

Nick is a real estate valuation executive with over 20 years of experience building appraisal operations, products, and systems that power how the industry actually works. He currently leads strategy and product at Banks Valuation & Technology, developing platforms focused on quality, efficiency, and scalability. With hands-on experience as an appraiser, broker, and product leader, he brings a full-cycle perspective that bridges technical expertise with real-world execution.

Matthew  is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Chief Appraiser & General Manager at True Footage, leading national appraisal operations across the U.S. With over two decades of experience specializing in high-end luxury properties, he combines deep valuation expertise with a strong focus on technology, efficiency, and team development. An active industry leader, he serves on multiple boards and committees, including the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of REALTORS®, and is passionate about advancing appraisal standards and education.

Tobias  is a senior fellow and the co-director of the American Enterprise Institute’s Housing Center, where he focuses on housing risk and mortgage markets. Mr. Peter has coauthored a variety of reports on housing policy, specifically on the impact of federal policy on housing demand and homeownership, housing finance risks, and first-time home buyers. He has testified before Congress, and his pieces have been published in policy journals and in the popular press, including in the Wall Street Journal, American Banker, and Business Insider.

He has a master’s in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in history and applied economics from the College of St. Scholastica.

Roy Meyer is an AI Business Consultant and international speaker with more than four decades of business experience spanning real estate, outsourcing strategy, and technology integration. As founder of VUVU Global, he helps companies become AI-first organizations—identifying where AI creates real value, training teams, building custom tools, and developing clear implementation roadmaps. His work spans financial services, real estate, SaaS, higher education, and professional services, with a strong focus on practical execution over theory

Roy also founded Appraiser Mastermind, an exclusive community that for over a decade has helped valuation professionals scale, diversify, and integrate AI and virtual teams into their businesses. In parallel, he launched the world’s first international AI internship program in the Philippines and actively supports colleges in embedding AI into curriculum and operations.
