Carole Henrysen Strugala is the founder of Zen Appraisals LLC and a Pennsylvania Certified Residential Appraiser specializing in complex and unconventional property valuation. Known as “The Zen Appraiser,” she focuses on assignments other appraisers often decline — including historic homes, restricted land, divorce matters, and estate appraisals — completing more than 6,000 valuations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Beyond her valuation practice, Carole mentors new and struggling appraisers, providing practical, step-by-step business strategies to help them build sustainable, profitable firms.
