Cathy Harper is a Certified Residential Appraiser and licensed Sales Agent based in Texas, recognized for her leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to professional development within the real estate and appraisal communities. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Coastal Bend Association of Realtors and the National Association of Appraisers and holds the position of Vice President of the Association of Texas Appraisers.
An active Texas educator, Cathy is deeply involved in advancing industry standards and knowledge. She contributes to Professional Development and Professional Standards initiatives for Texas Realtors and is an instructor for Conventional Finance courses through the National Association of Realtors. Through her teaching, she helps real estate professionals better understand the appraisal process, valuation methodologies, and evolving changes in appraisal reporting requirements.
