David Ziccardi
David Ziccardi is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and the Owner/Operator of Valiant Appraisal Services in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Since 2017, David has provided a broad range of valuation services, including appraisals for estate and probate matters, divorce proceedings, litigation support, tax appeals, bankruptcy cases, and damages or diminution-in-value analyses. He also publishes educational content through his newsletter, The Valuation Piece, where he shares practical, real-world insights on valuation and commentary on his local housing market. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as hiking and playing pickleball.
