Gynell is the Chief Appraiser at Clear Falls Valuations, where she leads residential valuation quality, independence, and regulatory compliance. Her career spans more than 20 years and includes roles at Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, and Cornerstone Capital Bank. She specializes in USPAP, FIRREA, GSE guidelines, and appraiser panel management.
As the founder of the Texas Residential Valuation Society and the American Valuation Society, she is committed to advancing education, collaboration, and modernization within the valuation and mortgage industries.
