Hansel Dobbs

Hansel Dobbs is a valuation executive and product leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of real estate appraisal, quality control, and technology. As General Manager and Chief Appraiser at Appraisify (within the Inspectify ecosystem), he leads the development of scalable desktop and hybrid valuation solutions, aligning operations, compliance, and product strategy.

Throughout his career, Hansel has worked across enterprise banks, GSE-facing platforms, and proptech startups, giving him a full-spectrum view of the appraisal lifecycle, from fieldwork to advanced product design. He has played a key role in building national appraisal programs, securing strategic partnerships with Freddie Mac, and developing automated quality control systems that improve speed, accuracy, and defensibility.
