Over Jordan's career, he has worked on several AI-focused projects that eventually gave him the skillset and experience to develop Aivre, the first AI-focused appraisal software. Through Jordan's leadership, Aivre was able to become the first approved vendor by the GSEs and continue on to be one of the most handy UAD 3.6 tools for appraisers.
