Joshua Walitt built Walitt Solutions with a vision centered on supporting professionals across the entire valuation and regulatory ecosystem. He understands that all related sectors must function both compliantly and efficiently for the system to succeed — including appraisers, lenders, AMCs, regulators, and real estate agents. With expertise spanning appraisal, banking, regulations, policy, training, licensing, and enforcement, Walitt leads a team of subject matter experts who address the diverse and evolving needs of their clients. Joshua is a frequent speaker, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, a past member of the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers, a Past President of the National Association of Appraisers, and an expert witness. In 2026, he was voted "Instructor of the Year" by the Buzzy Awards.

Walitt Power Hour is intended to create a more interactive conference experience by giving attendees direct access to additional conversation with speakers, hosts, and subject matter experts outside the limits of a formal presentation slot.
The goal is to provide a practical, informal setting where important ideas can be explored further, questions can be addressed in real time, and attendees can engage more directly with the people shaping the discussion.
This session focuses on what UAD 3.6 means in practice, not in theory, and how appraisers can prepare now to avoid workflow disruption and costly errors as implementation continues toward 2027.
