He served as the 2025 President of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and currently serves on the Appraisal Institute's National Board of Directors as a 3rd Director.
A keynote speaker and published author in Valuation Magazine, he is a recognized thought leader on artificial intelligence applications in real estate valuation.
