Kyle Paquin
Kyle has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2015 and currently serves on the Board of the REAA(Real Estate Appraiser Association). In that role, Kyle has taught and developed continuing education courses on ADUs, appraiser training, and market analysis. Kyle became an Accredited Green Appraiser in 2023. Kyle is a proud member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and the Community of Asset Analysts(CAA). He lives with his wife and two daughters in Benicia where he operates a mid-term rental ADU.
This session gives appraisers a practical introduction to expert witness and litigation work, with a focus on the foundational elements that matter most when getting started. It is designed to help attendees understand how this work differs from traditional lender assignments, how to engage effectively with attorney clients, and how to build the structure, communication, and compensation framework needed before testimony is ever required.
