Michelle Czekalski Bradley
Michelle is a Certified General Appraiser, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, and Past Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board at The Appraisal Foundation . A third-generation Realtor-Appraiser, she specializes in residential valuation and has dedicated nearly four decades to advancing professional standards and education within the industry.
Michelle is the founder of Bradley Consultants and presents continuing education courses nationwide, with particular expertise in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), review appraisal, and ethical competency standards. In addition to her instructional work, she performs USPAP-compliant reviews and forensic assignments and has served in leadership roles across multiple appraisal and Realtor organizations
Her career reflects a deep commitment to rigor, ethics, and the long-term credibility of the valuation profession.
