Pamela Teel
Pamela Teel, ATA-G, MNAA, is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas, an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, an IDECC Certified Distance Educator, and an NAA Certified Appraisal Reviewer. Her current appraisal practice consists of appraisal review, education, mentoring and consulting. Pam previously owned Corpus Christi Appraisal Service in Corpus Christi, Texas, and held a position as staff appraiser for a nationwide lender where she was responsible for development and delivery of appraisal policies and appraisal review training. Prior to becoming a real estate appraiser, Pam was the Vice President of Operations for a commercial property management company, managing office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties, and apartment complexes.
Pam has been appointed by the State of Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board as a Mentor, is past President of the Texas Association of Appraisers, and is currently Secretary of the National Association of Appraisers.
This session is designed to help real estate agents understand how to read and interpret the new UAD 3.6 reports in a practical, non-technical way. Using selected sample reports, the session will highlight key changes in the new format and show where appraisers may request additional information from agents during the valuation process.
