Patricia Staebler
Patricia Staebler, RS, SRA, is the principal of Staebler Consulting, a Florida firm providing reserve studies, SIRS, milestone reports, turnover reports, structural engineering services, insurance appraisals and FEMA appraisals. Staebler Consulting operates mostly in the condominium and homeowner’s association market, but also works on large commercial projects, covering the entire SWFL market. Patricia is CAI-designated Reserve Specialist (RS) and a licensed general appraiser in the State of Florida with an SRA designation of the Appraisal Institute. She published numerous articles and authored seminar content for all disciplines her company provides.
