Victor Cornejo

Victor Cornejo is the Co-Owner and a Certified Residential Appraiser at Appraisal Brothers, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to residential valuation, supported by his academic background, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Legal Studies. His legal studies background has also shaped his focus on appraisal assignments prepared for legal matters. He is also a Certified Green Home Appraiser (CGHA), reflecting specialized competence in the valuation of energy-efficient residential properties. His work spans a broad range of assignments, including appraisals for legal purposes, home measurements, pre-listing appraisals, and pre-purchase appraisals.
